About our system

The Family Health Planner lets you can manage your own health and that of your family. You will receive periodic email messages containing wellness recommendations and appointment reminders to help you manage your medical conditions, based on advice from recognized medical authorities. You can record notes about these appointments. This site can help you securely contact care providers, so that you can track your family's appointments.
